Privacy by Design. Security by Default.
At YUNTU PRO, we build autonomous cleaning solutions for the world's most sensitive environments. Protecting your facility's operational data and respecting privacy is hardcoded into every robot and cloud system we engineer.
Our Core Data Principles
Navigation, Not Surveillance
The S60 uses AI-vision purely for spatial vectoring and dynamic obstacle avoidance. We do not record, store, or transmit video feeds of your staff, guests, or patients.
Encrypted Facility Maps
Digital twins and LiDAR maps of your building are generated locally, heavily encrypted, and strictly used by the robot for path planning. Your floor plans are your proprietary property.
Opt-In Telemetry Only
The CleanFusion Cloud monitors machine health (e.g., battery cycles, motor wear), not your business. Remote diagnostic access is strictly permission-based and governed by enterprise-grade authorization protocols.
YUNTU PRO Global Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 2023
1. Introduction
Welcome to YUNTU PRO. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal and corporate data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, and safeguard information when you interact with our website, our CleanFusion Cloud Platform, and our autonomous floor scrubbers.
2. Information We Collect
We categorize the data we interact with into two distinct areas:
- Website & CRM Data: When you request a demo or submit a support ticket, we collect standard business contact information (Name, Corporate Email, Phone Number, Facility Type).
- Robot Operational Data (Telemetry): To ensure maximum uptime, our L4 autonomous robotics transmit non-identifiable machine health metrics to the CleanFusion Cloud. This includes battery status, water flow rates, sensor health, and error codes.
3. What We Explicitly DO NOT Collect
- We do not capture or store biometric data, facial recognition data, or personal identities through the robot's sensor array.
- AI-vision data is processed locally on the edge (within the robot's internal processor) and is immediately discarded after the obstacle is cleared.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information exclusively to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our B2B cleaning solutions.
- Deploy permission-based Over-The-Air (OTA) firmware updates.
- Generate automated, encrypted electronic signature reports for your facility's compliance audits.
- Respond to technical support inquiries initiated by your authorized staff or distributors.
5. Data Security & Storage
Your data's security is our highest priority. The CleanFusion platform utilizes end-to-end encryption (AES-256 standard) for data in transit and at rest. We utilize globally recognized, compliant cloud infrastructures to ensure your data meets stringent enterprise and regional regulations (such as GDPR principles).
6. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your operational data. Information is only shared with:
- Certified YUNTU PRO Distributors (only for the purpose of servicing your specific machine, and only with your authorization).
- Trusted cloud service providers acting strictly under our direct data processing agreements.
7. Your Corporate Rights & Controls
Facility administrators retain full control over their fleet. Through the CleanFusion portal, authorized users can opt-out of optional telemetry sharing, request the deletion of cloud-stored digital twin maps, and revoke remote diagnostic permissions at any time.
