Terms of Service

01. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, deploying, or operating YUNTU PRO hardware (including but not limited to the S60 Commercial Scrubber) or accessing the CleanFusion™ Cloud Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all Building Service Contractors (BSCs), Facility Managers, Global Distributors, and direct enterprise clients globally.

02. Hardware Deployment & Usage

Our L4 autonomous robotics are engineered for specific commercial environments. Users must adhere to the following operational guidelines:

• Authorized Use: The S60 is intended for indoor commercial environments such as hospitals, premium hotels, and office buildings, utilizing its 55dB ultra-quiet mode for daytime operations.
• Operational Safety: While equipped with AI Liquid Vision and 10cm ultra-close wall-following capabilities, operators must ensure environments are free of hazardous materials incompatible with standard commercial scrubbing.
• Maintenance & Warranty: Unauthorized modifications to the 550mm low-profile chassis or the 3-stage sanitization (Ozone, Nano-silver, UV-C) systems will immediately void the hardware warranty.

03. CleanFusion™ SaaS Platform

Access to the CleanFusion™ Cloud Platform is provided on a subscription basis, enabling fleet management, Digital Twin simulation, and real-time monitoring.

• Data Mapping: Floor plans generated during the 30-minute rapid deployment remain the property of the facility owner but are licensed to YUNTU PRO solely for robotic navigation and operational optimization.
• Compliance Reporting: Auto-generated e-signature reports provided by the platform are designed to assist with hospital and facility audit requirements, but YUNTU PRO does not guarantee compliance with third-party regulatory bodies.

04. Distribution & Wholesale Partners

For our global distributors and regional dealers:

• Territory exclusivity and container-level bulk order terms are strictly governed by your executed Master Distribution Agreement (MDA).
• Spare Parts Kits (SPK) provided with container shipments must be utilized strictly for end-user warranty repairs and authorized maintenance schedules.

05. Privacy & Data Security

YUNTU PRO complies with global data protection regulations. The 10.1-inch smart screen and AI cameras process local navigational data in real-time. No personally identifiable visual data of facility occupants is stored or transmitted to our cloud servers without explicit configuration and consent, ensuring strict compliance with healthcare and hospitality privacy standards.

06. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shenzhen Yuntu Zhixing Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our autonomous robotic solutions or SaaS platform. Our total cumulative liability shall strictly not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific hardware unit or the current annual SaaS subscription in question.
